I have wagered on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have wagered on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is centered on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a few months ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.
Wager 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $5 bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $10 wager
Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first $20 bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original one hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
