I have gambled on countless of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this method or beat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a number of years back with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You need to comprehend that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Bet 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original five dollar bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager

Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager

Bet $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40

Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80

Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
