I have bet on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the game.
I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this method or beat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that blackjack seems to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very exciting on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Wynn a couple of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a few months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you see betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Bet $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial one hundred and 60 dollar bet
If you left at this instance you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result will not be the same.
