I have wagered on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of cash at twenty-one. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is based on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager

Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first $40 bet
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up $315 !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
